HOW I BECAME A PIRATE: THE MUSICAL
February 25th, 2010
All I can say is that the South Carolina Children’s Theatre did an amazing job with Vogt and Friedman’s adaptation. What a wonderful show! The playwrights stayed true to the storyline but made the songs so funny that I couldn’t stop laughing. Thanks everybody. That’s me in the middle with the whole crew!

Happy New Year everyone!
January 1st, 2010Well, it’s a new year and a new decade. I’m looking forward to it because it holds both challenge and promise. I have two books coming out this year. THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS IN SOUTH CAROLINA is like nothing I’ve done before. I can’t wait till it gets here in the fall. The publisher is Sterling Press. I also have the PIRATE ACTIVITY BOOK heading out from Houghten Mifflin Harcourt. Should be fun. Have a wonderful New Year and keep reading!
